Educational Buildings

New Children’s Centre, Priestley School, Calne
We have recently constructed a new Children’s Centre on the grounds of Priestley School in Calne for Wiltshire County Council.  The centre included three nursery areas, milk kitchens, disabled toilets and a fully enclosed external play area.

Horningsham School, Warminster
The roof of this listed building was replaced by us in 2007.  As part of this project, we carried out stone repairs to the existing copings, replaced the roofing felt and laid hand-made tiles, giving the building a new lease of life.

St Laurence School
We have recently constructed a new Independent Learning Centre, which included automatic windows, vents, skylights and computer raised access flooring, working closely with specialist contractors who carried out the I.T. and alarm installations. The project itself was a complicated infill site, which included working and managing the health and safety around the staff and students.

Lyneham school
This project was to construct a new administration block linking both the upper and lower schools. The challenge was to obtain the correct levels, as the lower school was 1200mm below the upper school. This was achieved by means of a corridor running from end to end with a series of ramps and landings. The materials used on the project included items such as the Vivalda panel system which gave a modern look to the completed building.

Local Authority Buildings

Wiltshire Police Headquarters, Devizes
We have carried out the replacement of all of the windows to the main building of the Wiltshire Police HQ.  This involved the installation of the largest UPVC sliding sash windows in the UK, working closely with Astraseal and Rehau, who developed the units.

Community Centres

Highclere Village Hall
Working closely with the village committee, we constructed a large extension to the village hall.  This required extensive structural alterations, a new hardwood floor, refurbishment to the existing toilets and the resurfacing of the external grounds.
