Steele Davis can offer maintenance works, both planned and reactive as well as carrying out insurance repairs and emergency works.

We have fulfilled the Term Maintenance Contract for Wiltshire County Council and Wiltshire Police Authority for many years, working closely with their management agents.  This includes working within schools, police stations and local authority buildings, carrying out general maintenance works (leaking roofs, dripping taps, replacing doors etc) as well as minor project works.

We are a preferred supplier to Asprea, who manage all of the building insurance works for a number of large insurers, including Norwich Union, Abbey and Saga.  This requires offering 24 hour fire and flood emergency call-out cover, as well as internal restoration, repairs and reinstatement.

We also supply maintenance services to a number of local housing authorities which includes internal small works as well as void refurbishments and call outs.
